Business Impact
The platform started learning. An officer memory system means the AI adapts to each officer's expertise and investigation style over time — the more they use it, the better the guidance. Entity 360 now gives a complete, risk-first picture of any entity under investigation, with every data point traced back to its source. Investor demo materials were finalised.
Key Deliverables
Entity 360 Overhaul
Six phases of redesign produced a risk-first entity view that puts the most compliance-critical information front and centre. A dedicated compliance tab consolidates sanctions hits, PEP flags, and AML risk signals. Provenance badges on every data point show exactly which source it came from and when it was retrieved — satisfying the traceability requirements of EU AI Act Art. 13 and AML Directive record-keeping.
Officer Memory System
The platform now builds a model of each officer's expertise and past judgements. Teaching mode captures how officers reason through ambiguous cases; the system synthesises those signals via RAG and surfaces them as context in future investigations. Officers with years of domain knowledge effectively train the AI without writing a single line of configuration — their institutional knowledge becomes a platform asset.
Investor-Ready Documentation
The Docusaurus architecture documentation was overhauled to include an investor demo scenario and competitive intelligence positioning. The platform now has a polished technical narrative ready for due diligence and stakeholder briefings, not just internal reference.

What We Learned
Officer expertise is a platform asset, not a personal one — capturing it systematically from day one means the system grows more accurate with every investigation, compounding value in a way no static rules engine can match.
